Calligraphic Card and Gift Making

Calligraphy is the art and craft of beautiful handwriting and is a perfect way to create some handmade Christmas gifts for your loved ones. So come join us and learn some basic calligraphic techniques. You will get a quick overview of three popular calligraphic hands—Italic, Uncial, and Blackletter- and have fun creating some beautiful bookmarks, Christmas cards, and more. Whether you have some experience already with this wonderful, sacred form of art or just want to get started, all are welcome. All materials will be supplied.
The day will begin with Mass at 9 AM.
Check-in will begin at 10 Am in the Art Studio.
Lunch is served in the dining of the Enders House, an early 20th-century arts and crafts style mansion.
The day will conclude at approximately 3:30 PM.
