Using a variety of mixed media techniques such as collage, watercolor, and pen and ink, you’ll create your own 12-step art journal, blending the benefits of art with the exploration of your recovery through the 12-step journey. In a relaxing and supportive atmosphere, guided techniques—including short meditations and writing prompts—will encourage you to discover your own sacred, expressive, artistic style. All materials are provided, and everyone seeking recovery is welcome, no matter where you are on your journey.
