Journaling & Healing: An Individual Guided Retreat

This retreat explores storytelling in the process of healing and recovery from abuse or trauma of any kind, as found in Scripture, the lives of saints, and the stories of great artists. Retreatants will explore new ways to understand their own life stories and will walk through a guided process of enriching (or beginning) their journaling with deeper faith, courage, insight, and willingness to receive God’s healing Spirit.
