Forgiveness, the art of letting go, is at the heart of the Twelve Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous. The most challenging thing that we are asked to do is to make amends by forgiving ourselves and then asking for forgiveness from others. Forgiveness is a long process that we will begin on the journey of this retreat.
