Bob Fountaine

Bob Fountaine lives in Groton, CT with his wife Sue and two daughters, Elizabeth and Olivia along with 4 Labrador Retrievers.  Both Bob and his wife Sue are both active in various ministries in their home Parish of Sacred Heart in Groton where they have been members since 2003.

Bob spent his childhood in Albany, NY.  He entered the US Navy at age 19 and served 6 years as a sonar technician on a fast attack submarine based in Groton.  He left the Navy in 1991 to pursue a college education and obtained a BS in Pharmacy from Albany College of Pharmacy in 1997 and a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1999. He then completed a 2 year fellowship in clinical pharmacology and drug development in 2001 and since has been employed in the pharmaceutical industry working on clinical research studies.
