Dr Robert Perry

Robert(Bob) Perry is a graduate of St. Bernard High School, the University of Notre Dame and the University of Angers France Medical School.

He practiced family medicine in France and in the United States for 44 years and is retired.

He has been interested in Faith, nature and environmental issues for a long time and after reading the encyclical by Pope Francis, Laudato Si On Care for Our Common Home, decided to follow a formation to become an animator in the Laudato Si movement. He completed his training in the fall of 2024.

Join the Laudato Si Group on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM in the Emmaus Dining Room on Enders Island. Inspired by Pope Francis’ call to care for our common home, this ecumenical group explores practical ways to live out Laudato Si’s teachings on eco-conversion, solidarity, and protecting the environment. All are welcome!
