Jeff and Karin Battiston

Karin Battiston was born in Oslo, Norway and moved to Connecticut in 1990 and settled in Mystic in 2004. Jeff was born and raised in Avon, CT. Karin and Jeff both come from large families and are the proud parents of 7 children themselves. They enjoy hiking and spending time by the ocean. Both are active parishioners at St. Patrick Church Mystic. Karin is an Eucharistic Minister and has been involved in faith formation for many years. Jeff serves as a lector. Karin has a Masters degree from Fordham University in Pastoral Care, and is a certified Spiritual Director. She is a member of Spiritual Directors International. Jeff graduated from Bowdoin College and owns a small investment banking firm. They married in 2016 after having gone through the annulment process.
