Kara Marziali

Kara Marziali is a multi-talented artist, author, and educator. Her work includes the children’s book Kara Koala and Her Kaleidoscope of Feelings and its companion activity book and journal. She is also a featured author in four anthologies published by the Association of Rhode Island Authors. Kara teaches dramatic literature and art
at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at the University of Rhode Island, and she serves as the artist-in-residence at Wood River Health, where she offers creative outlets that promote well-being. Passionate about fostering curiosity, creativity, and connection, she also leads retreats and workshops. Her unique approach to
spirituality, shaped by her experience in 12-Step recovery and Catholic church ministry, helps others find a deeper relationship with themselves and emphasizes a personal union with God.
