Kathryn Harris

I’m a woman in long-term recovery whose life has truly been shaped—and saved—by living the 12 Steps. What started as a desperate search for peace slowly became a real, lived relationship with a Higher Power through prayer, meditation, listening, and trust.

I work full-time as a healthcare leader and am also a certified coach supporting women as they heal physically, mentally, and emotionally. I’m a lifelong student of healing myself. My recovery journey includes deep trauma work, 26 years of sobriety through a 12-step program, and a daily practice of conscious contact through prayer, meditation, stillness, and surrender.

I’m the mother of three grown children and a proud Gamma to four grandchildren—three of them girls—which makes this work deeply personal. I’ve seen firsthand how healing ourselves creates a ripple effect across generations, and my heart is in helping break old patterns so something new can take root.

In this space, I offer a grounded, compassionate container where women can slow down, listen deeply, and strengthen their connection to the God of their understanding. My intention isn’t to teach spirituality, but to help each woman remember her own—because when we practice the 11th Step consistently, life begins to line up in ways we could never force.
