Kelly Schumacher

Kelly Schumacher-Uffenbeck is a classical realist artist graduating from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in 2013 with her MFA in Painting.  Her artwork adorns churches, schools, and homes – celebrating Christ, home, and family.

She started Agnus Dei Liturgical Arts, agnusdeiarts.com, in 2013 to bring liturgical artwork into both home and church settings in the form of originals, prints, and greeting cards.  In her other business, Portraits by Kelly, she produces hand-drawn portraits of children, pets, houses, and churches in a realistic style, portraitsbykelly.weebly.com.

Kelly speaks at churches about religious art, teaches private lessons, and has illustrated several hymn books for Kloria Publishing.  She also has a keen interest in liturgical living, liturgical homemaking, church history, and how to use art in catechesis in the home celebrating the feast days of the church year.

Kelly is a wife to Dr. David Uffenbeck and they live with their daughter in Saint Louis, Missouri.
